**Job Summary** As a Pharmacist, you will play a crucial role in the healthcare system by ensuring the safe and effective use of medications for patients. Your expertise in pharmacology and patient care will be vital in providing optimal pharmaceutical services. **Responsibilities** * Dispense prescription medications to patients * Provide drug information and counsel patients on medication use * Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans * Monitor patient health and progress to ensure the effectiveness of medications * Oversee the preparation of sterile products using aseptic technique * Compound medications to meet specific patient needs * Conduct patient assessments and recommend appropriate therapies * Utilize medical terminology to communicate effectively with healthcare team members **Experience** * Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology * Experience in patient service within a hospital or clinical setting * Proficiency in pain management and IV infusion therapy * Ability to compound medications accurately * Familiarity with patient assessment techniques Job Types: Full\-time, Contract Pay: $60\.41 \- $65\.45 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40 per week Benefits: * Flexible schedule Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Monday to Friday Work Location: Remote
