Remote Clinical Pharmacist (Federal Contract – Virtual Pharmacy Services)

Izy Global Services is seeking licensed U.S.\-based pharmacists to provide **virtual prescription review services** for the **Department of Veterans Affairs (VA)**. This position supports the **Amarillo VA Medical Center** and is performed **entirely remotely**. **Key Responsibilities:** * Review medication/supply orders for dose appropriateness, drug interactions, and clinical accuracy. * Access and utilize the VA’s VISTA system through a secure Citrix VPN. * Document all reviews in the VA’s electronic medical records system. * Ensure compliance with federal healthcare standards and contract requirements. **Qualifications:** * Active, unrestricted **Pharmacist License** in a U.S. state or territory (required). * A Minimum 2 years of clinical pharmacy or remote prescription review experience preferred. * Familiarity with **VISTA/VA systems** (preferred, not required). * U.S.\-based only – **offshore work is prohibited.** * Strong written/verbal English proficiency. **Additional Info:** * Contract Term: Base year with up to 4 optional renewals. * Volume: Up to 52,000 prescriptions across contract term. * Billing: Paid monthly, per prescription reviewed. * Required: License verification, resume, and compliance with VA background requirements.
