Virtual Pharmacist for VA Healthcare Contract (Remote, Flexible, Long-Term)

Hello! I'm Chenel Williams, Prime Contractor and Owner of The Lotus Reiki Healer LLC. We're assembling a 3-4 person small, reliable team of U.S.-licensed pharmacists for a pending 5-year government contract with the VA Amarillo Health Care System. This is a 100% remote role focused on after-hours medication order reviews — no dispensing required. We are currently in the early-stage proposal phase, and selected candidates will be submitted as part of our official response. Services are projected to begin August 1, 2025. Scope: Review electronic inpatient prescriptions for accuracy for safety, and completeness, Identify interactions or contraindications, Work within the VA's secure VISTA system (accessed via VPN), Provide support during after-hours, weekends, and federal holidays. Requirements: - U.S. pharmacist license (active & unrestricted) - Registration in any U.S. state or territory - U.S. citizen or legal resident (no offshore work allowed) - Strong verbal & written English communication - Comfortable with relevant systems (willing to train) Screening Timeline: We will be conducting virtual screening calls between May 13–19, 2025.
