Key Responsibilities • Support a pilot program for medication adherence for Medicare Advantage • Engage in population health initiatives • Collaborate with healthcare teams to improve medication management Required Qualifications • 3+ years of experience as a Pharmacist • Recent experience from a PBM or MCO setting • Clear and active Pharmacist license in the state of residence • Medication Adherence experience strongly preferred • Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree
